Helping Our Schools is a blog by Bruce Brown intended to help teachers acquire resource materials through grants, funding, and donations.

Brown has been developing and publishing supplemental educational materials for more than 30 years.  He has started working with schools to identify grants and a variety of non-government funding sources to help teachers acquire resources for their classrooms. He launched Helping Our Schools as a central repository for that information.

Grant information is posted on a regular basis. Some grants are on-going, others operate on specific timelines. Donated materials from publishers are listed along with contact information as they become available.

The Helping Our SchoolsWish List enables teachers to make requests for needed classroom materials that may be supplied by a donor.
