Today's catch turned up two more EtherPad successors, TitanPad and Sync.in
TitanPad
TitanPad was launched by a team of IT professionals based in Austria to provide an EtherPad clone unrelated to any commercial and political entities. Its goal is to offer a stable service. If demand is sufficient, this team plans to formalize the operation with backing by a non-profit association.
Sync.in

- Listing notes and tracking activity
- Private renameable notes
- Public notes
- Password protecting notes
- Managing, searching, and exporting notes
Sync.in Pro costs $2/user/month with a minimum of 5 users. You can add and remove users as needed. Unlimited external users can be invited to collaborate on a note. You can get up and running with your Sync.in Pro site immediately with a 30-day free trial.

Both of these services depend on the Etherpad open source code for existence yet neither contribute back to the project. Take from that what you will.
