Catch of the Day - DOC Cop - 14 Sep 09

The catch of this day is DOC Cop

DOC Cop is a plagiarism, cryptomnesia and collusion detection tool that creates reports displaying the correlation and matches between documents or between a document and the web.

Mark McCrohon recognized the need for a tool like this while working at an Australian university and observing collusion among students. He consequently created DOC Cop.

DOC Cop gathers the evidence, and provides the information required for you to judge whether plagiarism, cryptomnesia or collusion has occurred.
