GoGeometry from the Land of the Incas offers a large variety of resources for teaching and learning about geometry that mix dynamic geometry, animations, science, and Incan history in order to increase student interest in Euclidean geometry.

Numerous problems are presented in GoGeometry from the Land of the Incas with colorful, animated step-by-step solutions for each proof.

GoGeometry from the Land of the Incas was developed and is maintained by Antonio Gutierrez. The website has won several awards from educational publications, including one of the Canada's SchoolNet's Top 10 educational websites, and an NCTM Illuminations Web Byte.

Drag, manipulate, and animate visual mathematics to develop and generalize understanding of fundamental mathematics concepts across elementary math, geometry, algebra, trigonometry, calculus, and beyond with the free Sketchpad Explorer app for the iPad.
Based on the popular The Geometer’s Sketchpad® software, the Sketchpad Explorer app allows you to interact with and investigate any document created in Sketchpad using a simple, powerful multitouch interface.

Sketchpad Explorer includes activities and workbooks for elementary mathematics , early algebra, and geometry. Users of The Geometer’s Sketchpad can also create and share documents with and for their iPad using iTunes File Sharing.

There are many Sketchpad documents available on theSketch Exchange community site and across the web offering activities, investigations, and interactive visualizations covering a comprehensive range of mathematics topics for learners from K through college.

NRICH is a group of teachers specializing in the use of RICH mathematical thinking. The NRICH project offers advice and support to both teachers and learners (ages 5-19) of mathematics.

The NRICH website contains a wealth of rich tasks and guidance. NRICH wants teachers to have a thorough understanding of what is meant by "rich tasks" and what that suggests about classroom practice.

NRICH provides mathematics teachers:

There are free, interesting mathematical games, problems, and articles for mathematics learners. Students are encouraged to share their solutions to NRICH mathematical problems in a safe online space where they can meet others with similar interests.

Some of the resources available free on the NRICH website are curriculum mapping documents; articles, news, and research/journal items; professional development; and games.

MathTV offers free tutorial videos covering topics in basic math, algebra, geometry, trig, and calculus.

Solutions to each example exercise are demonstrated in two or more short videos by different instructors. In each video, the instructor explains and demonstrates the procedure used to solve the problem. Many of the exercises include solutions demonstrated by Spanish-speaking teachers.

MathTV is also piloting a series of online eTextbooks. Presently there are texts for Introductory Mathematics, Introductory Algebra, and Intermediate Algebra.

In the MathTV Bookstore, textbooks used in one-semester college courses in mathematics are available for purchase. Most of the examples in each of these books are presented in MathTV videos.
