Contact Ringtone lets you create ringtones that speak the caller's name and/or number.  There is no need to key in the persons name, simply check off the names from your contact list that you want to create a spoken ringtone for, add some text before and/or after the names or number, pick the custom voice, and the ringtones are created and emailed right to your phones inbox.

You can create a custom spoken messages which can be assigned to a particular caller if you don't want to use a name or number already in your contact list.
