Delicious to Google Bookmarks

You can use this tool created by Mihai Parparita to export your Delicious bookmarks to Google Bookmarks without the need to install any browser toolbars.

All bookmarks will be imported as private with all their tags intact (plus an additional tag, "delicious-export") on your Google Bookmarks page.
