Catch of the Day - Internet4Classrooms - 20 Aug 09

Today, we feature the internet education portal Internet4Classrooms.

Internet4Classrooms grew from a collaborative effort by Susan Brooks and Bill Byles to extend assistance to fellow teachers. In November of 2000 that project became what is now known as Internet4Classrooms, a free web portal designed to aid anyone who wants to find free, high-quality internet resources to use in classroom instruction, developing project ideas, reinforcing specific subject areas, and even for online technology tutorials. Internet4Classrooms is used by teachers, parents and students of all ages around the world and is available free to anyone with an internet connection.
